Municipal Building

Secure SMART Building Implementation.

EBG worked in conjunction with a Building Management group, City IT dept., and multiple vendors to ensure maximum energy efficiency and high security for a large municipal building. Managed multiple aspects of implementation including Carrier interfacing and monitoring installation process. Project was completed on time and under budget while increasing network capacity and implementing a highly secure network on behalf of the client.

New Construction

A fortune 500 Company was developing and moving their HQ to a multi building campus. We were involved in the design of the network services, Fiber runs between buildings, building telecom services, Life safety lines, and network and phone system for the management office. We had to manage multiple vendors, dynamic schedules, and delivery dates due to construction.

High Rise Building Wireless Project

EBG was engaged by a company representing a large Building owner to light up a 20-story Historical Building with WiFi capabilities through out the building, in the conference room, and in a newly designed "lounge area". EBG coordinated installation timelines and managed multiple vendors to deliver cabling, Internet Access, Access Points, Network Security, and IPTV solutions for conference rooms and lounge areas. EBG was able to deliver prior to due date and under budget.

Networking Offices

Engaged by a software company to connect 19 remote offices together, increase bandwidth, implement a MPLS network, provide a hosted VoIP phone system for office and remote workers, and create a Business Continuity plan. EBG effectively bid out the service requirements to 3 providers able to meet those requirements. Through multiple meetings the providers were narrowed down and EBG was able to procure services at a reduced cost with contract addendums to protect the clients best interests.

Cost Reduction and Audit

Contracted by a Fortune 500 Company to reduce costs and negotiate terms to meet the clients dynamic business model while protecting the clients financial interests. EBG audited over 300 circuits and service addresses resulting in a operating cost reduction of 30% and increasing Bandwidth at desired locations. EBG negotiated addendums that to date has saved the client in excess of $250,000 in Early Termination Fees.
